Seven Nepali rescued from Libya

The Nepali Embassy in Egypt has rescued 7 out of 22 Nepalis struggling in conflict-related Libya.

They arrived in Kathmandu on Wednesday. Embassy has sent Nepal by coordinating with the International Immigration Organization (IOM). According to Nepali embassy spokesperson Sujan Baidari, the ticket was provided from the IOM from Libya to Kathmandu.

Embassy has sent Anush Lama, Kiran Khadka, Siraj Rayamajhi, Shuva Prasad Parajuli, Ravi Gurung, Premsil Tharu and Premlal Gautam. According to Bidari, the remaining 15 remaining people are being kept under the Camp of Nepal Army.

Embassy has created a travel document of Ganesh Thapamagar, Buddhi Bahadur Adhikari Chhetri (Rupandehi), Amrit Gurung (Lamjung), Bhuwan Acharya (Dang), Raju Bishta, Sanam Biswokarma (Sunsari), Krishna Koirala Shekhar Kharel, Jayaram Dhami, Ajayakumar Chaudhari, Manohar Karki and Prakash Biswokarma (Sindhupalchowk) .
