Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Yagya Bahadur Thapa has pledged to make all possible efforts to address the problems facing the Non Resident Nepalis.
He said this while inaugurating the first World Kaski Conference that began here Monday with the slogan ‘Campaign for searching people from Kaski across the world; prosperous birthplace our pride’.
The Minister said that he would call a delegation of NRNs to his ministry and discuss the problems facing Nepali Diaspora. He also pledged to make all-out efforts to address the pertinent issues of the NRNs though the term of the Legislature-Parliament is expiring after five days.
He further said that this year is the time of law formulation and elections and no election would be held in absence of laws.
