One Nepali saved from death penalty in Malasiya

One Nepali has been saved from a death penalty in Malasiya. His same is Bhim Diyali and was from Illam VDC ward number 7.He was arrested in February 11 on 11 pm . His lawyer posted in  facebook on 15 september  that he is proved innocent .

Diyali said that “my case was about marijuana  which was of my friend who left Malasiya few days ago and now I m free because of my lawyer”.

Nepal Ambassador’s second secretary Premraj Gautam asked for all the documents of Diyali and made documents for sending him to Nepal.

Diyali migrated about 3 years ago to Malasiya for the foreign employment. He spent around 1 and half year in the sugaiwulo jail.
